How long does it take to make my letters?

All our letters are manufactured to order, which is why we ask you to allow the following despatch times:
Design Your Own wall letters: 1-2 weeks
Free Standing Letters : 2-3 weeks
Unpainted letters: 1 week
We've given these times as approximations, as somtimes we simply have alot more letters on order than others.
If you need your letters by a certain date, or need to know a more precise despatch date, please get in touch before you order!!

Delivery of your letters
Delivery to the UK is via Royal Mail's premium Tracked™ business parcels service and are fully traceable from when they leave us til they arrive with you. On despatch, we will contact you with your tracking details. Please note, even during industrial action, Royal Mail will deliver Tracked™ items.
Delivery outside of the UK is via Airmail Priority Signed-For service. For most European countries delivery is approx. 5 business days, and approx. 10 business days for non-European countries
The Wooden Letters Company accept no responsibility for items delayed by the Carrier or Customs. If you live outside the EU, your letters may be subject to import taxes, which are payable by the buyer. |
